Retainer Package
A fixed monthly premium based on:
- The number of company employees.
- The company track record i.e. disputes, CCMA cases etc.
- The risk profile of the industry.
- The services to be rendered.
- Specific services to be rendered as requested by the company.
The Retainer package is then calculated to include some or all of the follow services on an ongoing basis.
- Comprehensive Labour Audit in order to assess your current status of compliance in terms of all applicable Labour Legislation.
- Drafting of all warnings and/or notices of disciplinary enquiries.
- Drafting of counselling notification.
- Conducting counselling sessions.
- Drafting of charge sheets i.t.o. all disciplinary enquiries.
- Chairing of disciplinary hearings of a serious nature where the outcome might lead to dismissal.
- Chairing of appeal hearings of a serious nature where the outcome might lead to dismissal.
- Grievance procedures.
- Drafting and the enforcement of contracts of employment.
- Implementation of disciplinary code and procedure.
- Union and wage negotiations.
- Collective and procedural agreements.
- Retrenchments.
- Handling different Bargaining Council issues.
- Resolving Strikes and/or Lockouts.
- This Retainer includes all documentation processed.
- Health & Safety.
- Skills Development.
- Employment Equity.
Excluding Skills Developments reports and plans, Employment Equity reports and plans
and Health & Safety management and consultations unless stipulated in writing.
